By completing your purchase you confirm that you have read and agree to the following return and exchange terms.
Return & Exchange Window
Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date.
Exchange — Same Size & Colour
Free of charge.
Exchange — Different Model or Colour
A flat fee of 70 EGP applies.
Returns
A flat fee of 90 EGP applies to all payment methods, for items in new, unused condition.
Discounted / Sale Items
Exchange only. Refunds are not accepted unless the item is defective.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be in original packaging, unused, and undamaged. If a product is returned in any condition other than its original state, it will be sent back to the customer.
Faulty or Defective Products
Eligible for exchange or full refund. Photo evidence is required.
